According to our refund policy, refunds will only be issued under certain conditions outlined below. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive an automatic refund of any portion of the fee paid for your term. There will be no refunds for unused terms with an open account.
EU and Turkey Residents: Residents of the EU or Turkey may request a refund within 14 days of their initial purchase, subject to the following condition: refunds will only be granted if the user has not utilized more than 200 credits. Exceeding this usage voids eligibility for a refund due to cost control measures.
